To prevent kids from deleting or uninstalling ScreenCoach on iOS (iPhone/iPad): Refer to this FAQ.

To prevent kids from deleting or uninstalling ScreenCoach on Android:

Enable the "Accessibility Access" permission on the kids' Android device to prevent them from deleting or uninstalling ScreenCoach, which also restricts access to their phone's Settings application.

To do so, follow these steps on your kid's Android device:

1. Click on the child profile icon. You can also click on the "Needs Fixing" label.

2. Click on the settings cog icon in the top right-hand corner.

3. You'll be asked to enter the ScreenCoach parent PIN (if set). Enter it.

4. You'll be taken to the "App Settings" screen. Click on "FIX IT" against "Accessibility Access"; there might be a green tick rather than FIX IT, which means the permission is already given.

5. Click on "REQUEST PERMISSION" on the next screen.

6. You'll be taken out of the app; click on "Installed Apps" on the next screen.

7. Click on "ScreenCoach" and turn on the slider for it.

8. Go back to the ScreenCoach application, and the permission should be granted.

9. Press back until you return to the dashboard before returning the device to your kid so that they do not play with the permissions.
