If you see the same device listed more than once, you may have a duplicated device record.

This can happen if you delete the app & reinstall it and do not pick to reuse the same device record. You can safely delete the device record.


To delete a device record, follow these steps:


1. Open and log in to the ScreenCoach app as a parent.

2. Go to "Settings" from the tab bar at the bottom of the screen.

3. Choose "Device List."

4. Select the device with a duplicate name. 

5. Scroll down and click on the trashcan icon to delete this record.


 It is advised to give a different name to a device record if it is not a duplicate to distinguish it. To change the device record name, tap the box that has its name in it.
