Parents can add an extra users in ScreenCoach.
A user can be one of 3 types:
- Child: A child will need to have every activity approved by the Parent.
- Trusted Child: For kids that can earn tokens and gems(Up to a certain value or for some activities) automatically without the parent needing to approve them.
- Account Manager: Can configure the system and approve activities.
Parent might add another parent or someone who can admin ScreenCoach with all the privileges that Parent have.
To add a user perform following steps:
On Mobile:
1. Open ScreenCoach on your device
2. Login to your Parent account
3. Tap on the lightning button on the bottom right
4. Go to Add User
5. Enter the details:
- User information,
- A PIN for the parent to login (NOTE: PIN is optional but it is recommended, to make sure the children aren’t taking advantage of the Parent’s user account).
- Click User Type which will provide options as Child/Trusted Child/Account Manager. Choose user as per requirement and click next.
8. Set allowance times for user.
Click on the blue square if you want to copy the time allowance for rest of the days of week and save.
9. For a parent user, be user to assign "parent mode" & set a high time allowance like 23 hours!
10. Click Create
On WebApp: From the dashboard
1. Click User Dashboard from lefthand side main menu.
2. Click "Add a family member"
3. There in enter user details, PIN, user type as Child/Trusted Child/Account Manager as per requirement and click next.
4. Select avatar and click Next.
5. Select modes and click next
6. Select allowance times for user.
7. Click Create.
A message will pop up after creation of user.
