ScreenCoach uses built in iOS location services, however it is possible that some setting on your device may be getting in the way. Here are two things to look at
- Privacy-> Location services
- ScreenTime Content & privacy restrictions
1: Privacy-> Location services
- Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Search for "Location" or;
- Select "Privacy"
- Choose "Security"
- On the top of the screen, you will see "Location Services"
- Enable the Location Services
2: Apple ScreenTime content & privacy restrictions
Apple Screen Time has some content & privacy restrictions that may be getting in the way
You need to look for the two following items for the Apple ID that is not working correctly.
