If you want to manage kids' devices you need to enable some extra settings on the Devices on the operating system.
It is the same area for iPhones, iPads, and Android phones & tablets.
1) On ScreenCoach on your kid's device. Open the Top Left Hamburger menu
2) Select the "App Settings"
If you are logged in as a child it will let you know; you can use the same menu to switch user to a parent user then try again
3) Enable all the options on this screen
