Sometimes Web Apps get stuck for various reasons; these guides below are general (not specific to ScreenCoach) tips on how to clear your cache. If It doesn't work, scroll to the bottom for the other things to try



Microsoft Edge (Windows)

  1. Open "Microsoft Edge"
  2. Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services
  3. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear
  4. Under Time range, choose a time range.
  5. Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.


Google Chrome 

1. Open Chrome.
2. click on the padlock image on the left of the url eg on the left of manage.myscreencoach.com
3. Select site settings (this will open a new tab)

4. Select the Clear Data button at the top
5. Close the tab (chrome://settings tab)
6. Return back to the original tab manage.myscreencoach.com

7. Remove the bits AT END OF the URL  so it ONLY HAS manage.myscreencoach.com

8. log in again 



Safari - MAC OS

  1. Open Safari on your Mac
  2. Choose Preferences
  3. Click Privacy
  4. Click Manage Website Data, select TakeLessons, then click Remove or Remove All.


Mozilla Firefox
            

  1. Choose Library in the drop-down menu. 
  2. In the Library panel go to the History section
  3. Click on Clear Recent History
  4. From the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear, select Everything. 
  5. Tick all the checkboxes then click the OK button. This will delete all browsing history, cache, and cookies in Mozilla Firefox.
