If a device is offline or the ScreenCoach app is not running, you will see messages like this to let you know.
If it is not convenient for you to check with your child if they quit the app and ask them to run it again, you can suppress the notifications for a while.
Or you may be driving with your child who has a device that no longer has Internet access.
This snooze option will help you to snooze the ScreenCoach notifications for that particular user.
On iOS
- Swipe down the screen from the top of your phone display to see the notification.
- Long press on the ScreenCoach notification.
- You will get a couple of options to temporarily snooze the notifications.
- You may select your desired time slot to keep the notifications snoozed.
- or chose custom snooze to set a future date or time
- Once snooze time is up, the notification will start popping up to alert you about the activity.
The other DND (do not disturb) options below are similar. However, this option is designed to snooze notifications from ALL users's devices to you.
