Each device that has ScreenCoach installed on it will have a device record in the ScreenCoach System.
Each device has its own preferences which allows you to change the notifications, or restrict the users or modes on the device.
You can find the device that you want to edit in the devices list.
You can edit the device record on manage.myscreencoach.com on a larger screened device, or with the mobile app (see below on how to get to the device record).
Once you have found the device record you can :
- set the notification preferences permanently
- or temporarily
- allow/restrict modes
- Enable shared device mode
How to get to the device records
On manage.myscreencoach.com on the LHS navigation
With the Mobile App
1) Select the menu via the "Hamburger Menu"
2) Select devices
3) Once you have the devices list, you can filter the list to make it easier to find.
