The kids get the tokens and gems through the activities!
A child will receive the tokens and gems for an activity once they have finished it and had their parents approve it.
1. The tokens are saved and can be used at any time in the future. They will be automatically converted to screen time when the child is out of free time on a given day.
There are 3 things to know about tokens: Free Time, Max. Time, and Minutes per Token.
- Free Time: This is the amount of time a child user has each day to spend on screens.
- Max Time: This is the most screen time a child is allowed to have in a given day. When all of their free time has been spent, any tokens they may have will be converted into token time. However, it will not go over the Max Time limit.(Same path as above)
Minutes per Token: The number of tokens multiplied by the minutes per token is the token time. For instance, if there are 15 tokens and 5 minutes per token, the token time will be 15 * 5 = 75 minutes.

So, when the "Free Time" is up for any day, kids can earn extra screen time based on the tokens they earn from completing the activities. But note that they cannot earn screen time beyond the "Max Time" set by you for this kid for a given day.
2. The gems are saved as well and can be used to convert into pocket money.
