Each activity has a set amount of rewards that you can alter at any time.
When a child completes an activity and has the activity approved by a parent, they will be given the Tokens and Gems for that activity.
The Tokens are saved and can be used at any time in the future. They will be automatically converted to time when the child is out of base time on a given day.
For example, if Johnny has two hours of base time today and has three tokens, then after two hours are up he will automatically start using his tokens to get an extra 15 minutes of time (@ mins 5mins/token).
Gems are accumulated and the kids can convert them to pocket money whenever they like.

3. Click on Doller Icon
4. Transaction Type (Gems to Money)
5. Select schedule transaction or you can save it without Scheduling.
