You can choose how you handle this. For a family movie, many parents are happy to give that time for the child outside of their allocated time for the day. In this case, you would log in as yourself (the parent) and then it won’t take any of your children’s time.
If both kids are playing together, you could also create another child called "shared" with a PIN that only the parents know.
If the family is watching the TV together, the parent can log in, so the kid's time is not being used.
