Yes but this is done with modes as an advanced feature. Modes can have access times and time limits.
Usually, kids will use modes across multiple devices, however, you can configure it so that a mode is only visible on some devices.
To only allow some modes on a device you can do this in the devices record, via manage.myscreencoach.com
Path:
1. Screencoach App
2. Hamburger Menu
3. Device list
4. Select the device of that child
5. Select Modes
6. Turn on Block for the respective mode you want to disallow
